It was during the 2 vital national conferences; the AOP and JRO; that Théa France organised its first DRY LAB workshops dedicated to young ophthalmologists.
DRY LAB sessions of a practical and very informative nature which won over all the participants!
Positive feedback and a considerable impact on our target, which essentially includes the following:
• + 84 interns attending 7 sessions
• 7 ambassadors to run sessions in pairs
• “satisfied” or “very satisfied young individuals” on the choice of subjects, speakers, acquisition of practice, quality of discussions with the speakers, and equipment made available (artificial eye, microscope, etc.)
This event once again highlights the interest shown by young ophthalmologists in this type of encounter which helps to introduce them to surgery or enables them to perfect their surgical technique.
It was so popular that we are going to repeat the operation in the form of an RP in the University hospitals with local ambassadors, and coordination with the field.
A wonderful operation from which our delegates (VM, RGC) may gain advantage and which will enable Théa to stand out!
